Our care tips

The “Mademoiselle Fanny” jewellery is made of 925 silver or gold-plated. These are resistant jewels that can be worn for a long time. But the more you take care of them, the more they will delight you.

About our silver beauties

The money used is 925 money. All our jewellery is stamped.

What does 925 mean? Silver is actually a flexible material. It is impossible to use metal alone to make our jewellery. This is why silver must be alloyed with another metal (usually copper) to make it harder and therefore work it.
For an item to be considered silver, it must consist of at least 92.5% pure silver. Hence the title “Money 925”.

Silver oxidizes when you don’t wear it. So the more you wear your jewelry, the brighter it will shine.
But if for different reasons, your jewelry oxidizes, it will look much more “dull”. But don’t worry, there are several solutions available to you:
First, gently rub it with a damp cloth and a little soap if necessary. Secondly, toothpaste is a very good way to bring your jewellery back to life. And
Finally, you can find special baths for this metal in jewellery or in shops.

About gold-plated jewellery

The “Mademoiselle Fanny” jewellery is made of brass covered with 18-carat gold plating and 3 microns thick. Once again, it is important to preserve as much as possible the tackle. So the less you expose it to water, perfumes, cosmetics and chemicals, the longer your pet will last.

To revive the gold that becomes slightly patinated over time, you can gently rub it with a dry cloth.

For any purchase, a cotton bag is offered to you. Use it to protect your jewelry when you do not wear it.
